Reach out to patients and their families about cataract awareness, the
different intraocular lenses (IOLs) options, and TECNIS product benefits.
Insight
It is common for carers (husbands, wives, adult children) to lose
empathy for the cataract sufferer over a period of time. They are
unable to understand how cataracts are affecting the lives
of their loved ones. In such a price-sensitive area, this could affect
their judgment in choosing the right IOL option for their loved ones.
Idea
We created a VR experience in the clinic that allows carers to
see the world through their loved one’s eyes for the first time.
