Create a product launch campaign for J&J’s Aveeno Baby in 7 APAC markets.
Aveeno Baby is a range of baby skin products that addresses skin conditions.
Problem
Infant Atopic Dermatitis (baby eczema) is a chronic skin condition
which flares in response to allergens and environmental stimuli.
To keep the condition at bay, emollients should be applied regardless
of whether the eczema is active or dormant. However, poor compliance
is an issue for mums as they only apply them during flares. When
eczema keeps flaring, it can be distressing for both mums and babies.
Insight
It’s a vicious cycle: eczema flares, Mum applies emollient, eczema
gets better, Mum stops applying emollient, eczema flares again.
Idea
We want mums to break the cycle of flares, by educating
them about continuing the cycle of care.
