This gives ophthalmologists the confidence that their work will stand the
test of time. We portray a surgery as a masterpiece – a work of art that
requires great care and expertise to create. We compare surgeons
and artists; where the artist selects the tools and materials to recreate
their vision on a canvas, similarly, surgeons select the IOL they implant
in a patient to achieve the best outcome.
